Frontier Works announced this Thursday the development of an anime adaptation of the novel Zombie no Arureta Sekai de Ore Dake ga Osowarenai (I am the only one who is not attacked in the world filled with zombies.) by the author Rokuro Uraji. It has also been confirmed that the anime will air on AT-X.
Zombie no Arureta Sekai de Ore Dake ga Osowarenai is an adult R18 action story set in a world infested by zombies, and the protagonist Takemura is the only person the zombies don't attack. If this were a movie, Takemura would use this ability to fight the zombies, but instead he just acts however he wants to fulfill his desires.
Rokuro Uraji launched his novel on the website Shōsetsuka ni Narō in January 2013 and finished it in 2017. Between 2016 and 2017 it was published in three volumes with illustrations by Saburō by Frontier Works.
Mangaka Chihiro Masuda has been publishing a manga adaptation of the work since June 2021.
