The space stations have been completely overhauled; new starships can be built from salvaged parts; frigate fleets can request interventions on interesting expeditions; trade, rank and guilds have been improved – and much more!
The external architecture of the space stations has been completely reimagined. The new designs bring detailed details and bold silhouettes, as well as a wide range of color palettes to those deep space orbital platforms. The interiors of the space station have also been completely redesigned and expanded. Engine improvements have allowed for a vast and dramatic experience in new seasons.
In addition to the visual improvements, navigation to essential stores and technical equipment is now more intuitive and efficient; stations include more corners to explore; and aesthetics now vary tremendously from system to system.

And one of the most requested items from the community arrives in the game with the name Starship Fabricator, which will allow Travelers to design and build a completely customized ship from salvaged parts. Disassemble unwanted ships at the equipment station and then repurpose the components into the ship of your dreams. Disassemble starships at the Starship Outfitting station to break them down into reusable components. These salvaged customization modules can be used to craft an entirely new, fully customized ship.
Naturally discovered ships acquired through traditional methods can be identified by the Authenticated Starship seal and attract a price bonus when traded.
Space Station interiors are now procedurally generated and vary dramatically from station to station. A huge variety of different designs are waiting to be found, as well as a wide variety of atmospheric arrangements and lighting lighting.
