Shiravune has just released that Kuroinu 2 Redux, the game developed by Liquid is available for PC via Steam and Johren.
Kuroinu 2 Redux is sequel to Kuroinu Redux taking place 100 years after the original story. Led by the seductive Empress Ladomira, the nation indulges in a life of immoral pleasure, seeking and hunting sacrifices in the neighboring lands - but in response, a Holy Alliance forms among the neighboring nations to surround and destroy the Service Nation and its evil.. Standing in their way is Derek Rondo, the Nation's commander - rumored to be the second coming of Vult himself. Under Ladomira's orders, Derek successfully defeats the allied armies.
However, Derek secretly harbors greater ambitions than glory on the battlefield. Fueled by the will to power, Derek's desire to claim everything, including the Empress, sets the stage for a gripping tale of power struggles, tragedy, and conflicting desires!
The game has illustrations by artist Hikagi Eiji and was originally released in 2018 and its “Redux” edition was released in Japan in 2021.
