The anime will be produced at studio Hōkiboshi with direction by Hiyūta Konno, character design by Yoshihiro Watanabe (The Testament of Sister New Devil, Haganai, Overflow) and script by Shintarō Murai. The cast includes, Harumichi Shidō as Kazuki Sonomiya, Musubi Aono as Akari Himeno, Rina Misaki as Kaede Shiina, Kirika Waō as Aki Kokonoe, Kaho Shibuya as Yui Kurumizawa, and Kōtei as Kumazawa
Modaete yo, Adam-kun (Writhe in Pain, Adam) is a manga created by Toyo, and is a "harem x science fiction" and tells the story of a future next, where the world is suffering from a pandemic that causes men all over the world to suffer erectile dysfunction. The story follows Kazuki, a high school boy who is one of the few who can still get hard. He ends up being "pressured" by his kind senpai, his horny teacher, a pretty girl who is the school princess, and an heiress to a huge conglomerate, who want to "check" more of his abilities.
Mangaka Toyo began publishing the work digitally in 2022, with Suiseisha publishing the manga's compiled volumes, with the second planned to be released on January 18, 2024.
Another work by the author, Asoko Araiya no Shigoto: Kataomoi Chū no Aitsu to Onnayu was also adapted into an anime by AnimeFesta, under the name Backwasher! -Her and I, in the Women's Bath!? and released in 2019.
AnimeFesta previously had the name Anime Zone and ComicFesta, and is part of the group WWWave Corporation, it produces short films adapted into anime from more than 25 manga series over the past six years, the vast majority of which are adult or risqué in nature. By default, most of its series have two different versions, a version for broadcast on open TV with censorship and cuts, and a "premium" uncensored version distributed online.
The first anime produced by AnimeFesta was On a Lustful Night Mingling with a Priest (Sōryo to Majiwaru Shikiyoku no Yoru ni...) released in 2017, the last one was Secret Mission ~Sennyū Sо̄sakan wa Zettai ni Makenai!~ (The Undercover Agents Will Never Lose!) which premiered on October 8.
