11 Bit Studios has just announced that The Invincible their new sci-fi game will be released on November 6th, coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC via Steam, GOG and Epic Games Store. The Invincible is an adventure game set in a hostile sci-fi world, developed by Stanislaw Lem and published by 11 Bit Studios. In the game you are Yasna, an extremely intelligent and qualified astrobiologist. In the midst of a space race, you and your crew end up on a planet called Regis III. This scientific journey soon becomes a mission to find the lost crew. Follow their tracks, but keep in mind that each choice can get you closer to danger.
Uncover extraordinary scientific phenomena on a cosmic philosophical adventure through mysterious landscapes. Find lost fragments and report them to your Astrogator. Let his voice help you through difficult times.
The game was created with an atompunk aesthetic, an artistic style that harks back to the end of the 70s~80s in the middle of the cold war. In the game, you'll be able to use various tools, such as rangefinders and trackers, in addition to driving through a breathtaking landscape. Experience realistic interactions with analog technology in a retrofuturistic timeline.
The Invincible is a first-person shooter based on the eponymous novel by the world-renowned science fiction author and Polish futurologist Stanislaw Lem. But remember, there are places in Regis III which are not prepared to receive us and which we are not prepared to visit.
