Developer Endnight Games announced that Sons of the Forest will leave early access this month, a year after its launch on Steam and gaining version 1.0 on February 22. And to demonstrate the new features, the developer also released a new trailer where we can see several improvements, monsters and new items.

In Sons Of The Forest you are sent to find a missing billionaire on a remote island, where you find yourself in a hellscape infested with cannibals. Craft, build and fight to survive, alone or with friends, in this terrifying new open-world survival horror simulator.

It is the sequel to the acclaimed survival and horror game The Forest released on May 30, 2014 in early access, where it remained for four years before finally being released in a beta version in 2018, and shortly after released for PlayStation 4.

Sons Of The Forest improves and enhances what we already know from the first game, with new creation mechanics, a more developed AI system, firearms and even companions that use AI to help you with tasks and fighting.

Sons of the Forest is currently only available on PC via Steam, and will leave early access on February 22nd.

I like several different works, but with a tendency for strange and funny stories.

I like arts, games, drawings and interesting things.
