Developer Endnight Games announced that Sons of the Forest will leave early access this month, a year after its launch on Steam and gaining version 1.0 on February 22. It is the sequel to the acclaimed survival and horror game The Forest released on May 30, 2014 in early access, where it remained for four years before finally being released in a beta version in 2018, and shortly after released for PlayStation 4.
Sons Of The Forest improves and enhances what we already know from the first game, with new creation mechanics, a more developed AI system, firearms and even companions that use AI to help you with tasks and fighting.
