The 14th volume of the manga Tales of Wedding Rings (Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari) was published this Monday, and reveals that the manga duo Maybe hope to finish the work in their 15th volume if everything goes as planned. The manga entered its climax in August 2021. In this case, "climax" is something that indicates it is heading towards the final stretch.

The story follows Sato, a boy who has a childhood friend with whom he is in love, Hime, one day she says goodbye to him and leaves, without understanding he runs after her and ends up transported to a world of fantasies. There, Sato discovers that Hime is a princess, and they both end up getting married, he becomes the legendary hero, the King of the Ring. Little does he know, that to fulfill his duty and bring peace to this world, Satomust marry several other princesses from countries at war.

The creative duo titled Maybe launched the manga in the magazine Monthly Big Gangan in March 2014. The manga is inspiring an anime that will debut on January 6.

The duo also made the manga Dusk Maiden of Amnesia, a story that was adapted into an anime in 2012. Their manga To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts (Katsute Kami Datta Kemono-tachi e) it also inspired an anime that was released in July 2019.
