During the Cherry Blossom event the cherry blossoms begin to bloom, and tales are spread among the populace that those who kiss under a cherry tree will become soul mates for eternity. The ones who believe a husband is necessary to become a successor is Sakura, who plans a fake wedding under a cherry tree.
The event will make available the characters SSR Sakura, and the SSR Nihilister, both will be available in the special banner of the event, but soon after they will enter the normal recruitment of the game.

Sakura is a Nikke Burst 1 who uses a sniper rifle, with a kit dedicated to taking care of boss-type enemies, as she can increase the defense of allies and make them deal increased damage to enemy projectiles. She can also grant them a small attack boost, while drastically reducing Burst's cooldown.

Nihilister, unlike the other characters in the game, is the first locked in the story, requiring players to beat chapters 20 to 31 for her to be unlocked. Nihilister takes on the role of a Burst 2 Attacker with a Sniper Rifle, although it's more appropriate to call them railguns. Her basic attacks can pierce through enemies and can deal additional damage to enemies if she hits multiple targets. When she activates her blast, she can burn enemies, dealing ongoing damage while also increasing her maximum ammo count.
The game will also have free bonus login events during the 7-day and 21-day login event days starting March 30th, Full Burst Day which offers Interception and Simulation bonus rewards, a new Union Raid on March 31st, March and is increasing the Outpost Max Level Cap!

Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is set in a place where the earth has been destroyed by unidentified weapons called Rapture. Players will play as an Android called "NIKKE" to fight for humanity.
