The official website for the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations anime announced on Thursday that the anime's 293rd episode that will air on March 26 will be the final episode of the anime's "Part I." The site also confirmed that production of the anime's "Part II" has been greenlit.

Recently the anime entered the "Sasuke Retsuden" arc that adapts Jun Esaka's spinoff Naruto: Sasuke's Story - The Uchiha and the Heavenly Stardust (Sasuke Retsuden: Uchiha no Matsuei to Tenkyū no Hoshikuzu), and in February was already presented the beginning of the "Code" arc. Which indicates that the division between parts should be to give more breath to the manga and space the story without the need to create additional fillers exclusive to the anime.

The manga is entering important parts for the story and it appears that it is approaching the timeskip, but there are no indications that the work will have the same division as it did with Naruto and Naruto: Shippuuden, which skipped a few years, returning with its older, more experienced characters.

For those who don't understand, in the first minutes of its first episode, Boruto presents the adult characters facing each other due to something that happened in the past, with a destroyed Konoha and the revelation of Naruto's disappearance, shortly after the story goes back in time and introduces the children characters, where we will see their development and unfolding of the story that led them to that starting point.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations began broadcasting in 2017, in Brazil it is broadcast on Crunchyroll.
