Studio Élan has announced that it will release its Visual Novel Please Be Happy on November 21 for PC via Steam and Itch.io. The game is also being developed for the Nintendo Switch, but a release date on the platform should be revealed at a later date. Interested parties can test a demo of the game available on Steam.

Please Be Happy tells the story of a girl named Miho who was born as a fox in the forest of Korea. She holds the memory of a traveler who showed her kindness, and by some supernatural means, she is now more human than a fox. Miho aims to look for that person who takes her to Wellington Skyport, but interacting with humans is not as easy as she thought.
Miho learned the art of being a thief and used those skills to take advantage of people. This becomes easier after observing how menacing humans can be at times. However, her worldview opens up after she meets Juliet, the owner of a library, and Aspen, a novelist, with whom she begins to understand kindness. Players will learn more about the human world through the eyes of Miho and discover new things to appreciate about friendship and love.
