The light novel has been published by Yen Press, with the title "Virgin Road", which describes the synopsis as:

The Lost One are wanderers who come from a distant world known as "Japan". Nobody knows how or why they leave the house. The only certain thing is that they bring disasters and calamities. The duty to exterminate them without remorse lies with Menou, a young Executioner. When she meets Akari, it looks like just another job ... until she finds out that it is impossible to kill this girl! And when Menou starts looking for a way to defeat that immortality, Akari is more than happy to accompany him! Thus begins a journey that will change Menou forever ... In addition to being an intriguing addition to the ever popular isekai genre of light novels, Virgin Road is an intriguing release due to the fact that it includes elements that are not seen commonly in light novels released in English, as a female protagonist and a yuri plot.

Shokei Shōjo on Virgin Road (The Executioner and Her Way of Life) had its first volume of the light novel published by SB Creative in July 2019, the fourth volume was released last August, and the next should be published on February 10 . The story won the 2018 GA Bunko Awards. The story gained a manga adaptation created by Ryō Mitsuya that started to be published last June in Square Enix's Young Gangan magazine.
