Metroid Dread was released on October 8th, garnering excellent critical ratings, however, fans of the iconic Nintendo series are still eagerly awaiting news of Metroid Prime 4, announced during E3 2017, and which has since disappeared completely from the radar, appearing only in small sporadic updates.

Although Retro Studios (the American studio that made Metroid Prime 1, 2 and 3) are working hard on Metroid Prime 4 development, as guaranteed during Nintendo Direct's E3 2021, currently Big N has no idea when the expected fourth episode of the three-dimensional series will make its debut.

That revelation came from the company's latest financial report, which also includes the list of original titles in development with many dates.

While we find long-awaited titles such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2, Bayonetta 3, Splatoon 3 and Kirby and the Lost Land with a release period set at 2022, Metroid Prime 4 is the only game on the list to report a mere "TBA", confirming that the game will only arrive after 2022.

I like several different works, but with a tendency for strange and funny stories.

I like arts, games, drawings and interesting things.
