Watch the first teaser trailer for Black Adam

Also during DC FanDome 2021, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson revealed the first teaser trailer for the long-awaited Black Adam. This is the first glimpse we have of the movie, and we can see the actor in a small scene, which shows an edge to the character's power. Check out:

Black Adam is directed by Joume Collet-Serra, who has worked in several action films, the film will be inspired by the story of "Black Adam: The Dark Age", which featured a script by Peter J. Tomasi, released as a six-chapter miniseries of the 52 mega-saga.

In the story of the comic, the gods decide to withdraw the powers of Teth-Adam(Dwayne Johnson), and in response, the anti-hero sets out on a journey to retrieve them, while intending to bring his wife, Isis, back to life.

Black Adam will debut in theaters on July 29, 2022.
