The fan book released on Thursday for Koyoharu Gotouge's Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga brought some news to his fans, one of which is that Gotouge commented that he is thinking of writing a new romantic comedy and science fiction story in your next project.

She commented that she is recently watching old science fiction films with aliens, and that it was interesting to see how her perspective on them changed from childhood to adulthood. Gotouge commented that she would like to do a sci-fi romantic comedy that would make even the creators "break out eight-pack abs."

Demon Slayer's new fan book includes three new one-shot manga exclusive to the book, as well as three other one-shot manga that have previously appeared in other publications.

Gotouge released the manga Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine of Shueisha publisher, in February 2016. The manga ended in May 2020. Having the final compiled volume released in December 2020. Shueisha revealed in November 2019 the manga the company's best-selling work throughout 2019, second only to the One Piece manga.

The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga sold 102.892 million copies on December 6.
