TopHouse together with the developers of It's a Trap will launch Femboy Futa House a new adult game that takes you to a magical arts university, while you immerse yourself in a student life full of magic, passion and adventures! The game will be released for PC via Steam on June 20, 2025.

Femboy Futa House is a life simulator set in a magical dorm: make friends, make enemies, get involved in crazy adventures. The game features a variety of colorful characters, exciting storyline, funny dialogue and spicy scenes!

In Femboy Futa House, you have been accepted into Magical Arts University, an institution where you will either reach your magical potential or... end up in Dorm 9 ¾, a place full of eccentric and strange people. The problem is that you don't have any magic... not even a drop... so your fate is certain.

After failing a test of magical abilities, you find yourself among the strangest students on campus. On your first night, you are "attacked" by Lucy, an incubus who wants a piece of the freshman... But when you cum, Lucy's magical powers overflow and she transforms with the extra power...

That's when you discover that you have a rare power: you are an Amplifier, capable of amplifying other people's magic. Now you are the center of attention, which means you will have to juggle school, work, and social interactions to avoid being expelled from the university.
