Series based on the Harry Potter books is officially announced

In the wave of announcements, today HBO Max (now just Max), revealed that it is working on the series based on the books of Harry Potter, one of the main franchises of entertainment in the world today. The series aims to be completely faithful to the books and will be executive produced by author J.K. Rowling.

The series will still be recorded, and it is still in a very early stage, so the details are practically zero, but what is certain is that we will have new actors in the main roles. Max is in association with Brontë Film and TV and Warner Bros. Television to produce the Harry Potter series.

"Max's commitment to preserving the integrity of my books is important to me, and I look forward to being a part of this new adaptation, which will allow for a degree of depth and detail only possible in a long-running television series. ", said Rowling
