Developers at Sonnori have shared a new teaser trailer for their new survival horror game WHITE DAY2: The flower that tells lies, which showcases more of the game's sinister environment, as well as characters and the context in which the story takes place. The game will arrive on PC via Steam, but still no set date.

WHITE DAY2: The flower that tells lies takes place after the events of the first game, and in this new one, a rumor has spread among the students that the ghost of Sung-ah has appeared at Yeondu High School, where the accident occurred on March 14. People didn't believe in ghosts and didn't care about it, but some of them started to recall memories of the past. Among them, there is a girl who went towards the closed school late at night to escape the yoke of her nightmare caused by Sung-ah's death. But the girl wasn't the only one who entered the school that night. To reveal what happened, and unravel each other's lies, they set out for the school, and tonight, they were being swallowed up once more by the school.
The previous game White Day was known for its horror and puzzle elements, in a classic style of Japanese games of the genre, such as Fatal Frame. In White Day players traveled through the empty school and interacted with supernatural objects to progress. Most of the time, a janitor would roam the halls, ready to kill you the first time you made a mistake.
WHITE DAY2: The flower that tells lies does not have a release date set, but it will come to PC via Steam, and it is not yet known if there will be versions for consoles. We'll keep an eye out.
