HoYoverse has just published a new teaser trailer where it presents the gameplay of Nahida, the new character coming to Genshin Impact, check it out:

Nahida is a Dendro character, she is the mortal body of the Minor Kusanali, current Archon Dendro. She has a sad history, as she is caged in the midst of the darkness and solitude of the Sanctuary of Surasthana, and can only contemplate the world through her dreams. It is up to the Traveler to help Nahida, free her from her heavy burden, and end her loneliness within the darkness.
She can create conditions for Dendro Elemental Reactions and deals damage even when she is outside the field of combat. She can use her Elemental Ability to mark opponents with Skandha Seed, where marked opponents within a fixed range of each other will be connected to each other. After activating Elemental Reactions on opponents affected by Skandha Seed or when taking Damage from Dendro Cores, Nahida will deal Dendro Damage to the Opponent and all other connected opponents. Her Supreme creates the "Sanctuary of Maya" field, which according to the number of Pyro/Electro/Hydro elemental type characters in the team, provides a certain bonus effect to Nahida.
Nahida will be available in-game alongside the Version 2.3 update of Genshin Impact "The Akasha Pulsa, the Kalpa Flame Rises" which will be released on November 2nd, and will also bring the end of Sumeru's main story.
