Sonic Superstars - New blue hedgehog game announced
Yesterday during the Summer Game Fest Sega announced a new game from the Sonic franchise. Returning to its origins with a new 2D platform game, Sonic Superstars takes Sonic again to a 2D sidescrolling game, the game will have the option to be played in cooperative with up to four players, in addition to bringing several mini-games.
Among the characters that players will be able to choose from are Sonic, Knuckles, Tails and Amy. Some stages will be inspired by classics from old franchise games, albeit with a modern twist.
Sonic Superstars will be released for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.
