After a long time without news, finally yesterday, during the Xbox Games Showcase 2023, Playground Games released a new video of Fable, the reboot of the acclaimed medieval fantasy RPG. The trailer was captured using in-game footage, and we can see that the overall quality of the world is looking amazing! The video offers a taste of what the game has to offer, however, no release date has been announced. Check out:

What does it mean to be a hero? Well, in the enchanted land of Albion, that's completely up to you. With a dark threat looming and in a world where your reputation precedes you, your choices will change Albion forever.

We can already see that the general approach to the story will be different from the original games, with a much more humorous tone, in a medieval fantasy world that we can compare to the Shrek franchise.

Fable is in development for PC and Xbox consoles, the game arrives day-one via Xbox Game Pass.
